As a speaker, Sandy delivers motivational, highly engaging sessions that are never canned — always personal, relatable, and packed with tools attendees can use immediately. She thrives on helping people believe in themselves and take the steps that drive meaningful career and life change.

After 16 years in Houston, Sandy returned to Memphis in 2020. She regularly speaks and writes on leadership, career strategy, and how leaders can make a difference in their organizations and communities.

A two-time University of Memphis alumna with a passion for promoting Memphis basketball, Sandy currently serves as the V.P. of the Memphis Rebounders and she’s a 20+ year volunteer with the American Heart Association – currently serving as the official photographer for the annual Memphis Women of Impact campaign.
