Speaker, Leadership Strategist, Educator, Podcast Host and Award-Winning Photographer
About
Sandy Adams is a leadership strategist, speaker, educator, and podcast host who helps individuals and organizations unlock potential, build influence, and create meaningful impact.
A Tennessee native and two-time University of Memphis alumna, Sandy combines real-world leadership experience with practical, actionable strategies that help people grow their confidence, strengthen their presence, and lead with purpose. Her work focuses on leadership development, career growth, resilience, personal branding, and navigating change.
As a keynote speaker and workshop facilitator, Sandy delivers engaging, high-energy presentations that are personal, relatable, and immediately applicable. Her audiences leave with more than inspiration—they leave with tools and strategies they can put into action.
In addition to speaking and consulting, Sandy is the host of The 5th Quarter Podcast, where she explores the stories of athletes, coaches, and leaders who have navigated transition, adversity, and reinvention. Through these conversations, she uncovers lessons on leadership, resilience, and personal growth that extend far beyond sports.
After spending 16 years in Houston, Sandy returned to Memphis in 2020. She currently serves in a leadership role with the Memphis Rebounders, the official booster organization for University of Memphis Men’s Basketball, and is a 25+ year volunteer with the American Heart Association, where she serves as the official photographer for the Memphis Women of Impact campaign.
