Angie Allen grew up immersed in sports, with a father who coached Division I football for over 30 years. A three-sport athlete in high school, she discovered her true passion for rowing at the University of Kansas. That passion carried her into coaching before ultimately leading to a career in athletics administration. Today, Angie serves as Assistant Commissioner for Compliance and Student-Athlete Engagement at The Big West Conference.
